Though you may find it a bit difficult initially, the result of it all will be enlightening. The mornings start with the morning bell at 5:30 a.m. followed by Shatkarma and Pranayama. Meditation and mantra chanting also form an important part of the schedule. We encourage early sleeping hours to keep up with the disciplinary aspect of yogic practice.
